Sorry I have to correct my 5 star to 1 star. The managers at the manatee location in error charged our credit card for auto renewal, and acknowledge the error. But have not credited our credit card for 1 of the 2 errors. We would have gone back on a need to, or as needed basis but at this point we will not, and now we will start the process to legally get our money refunded...it's a shame to have to deal with this...so please be very careful, we honestly felt secure in Monica and David.
