Amazing service, everyone is always kind and friendly. My sessions so far have been amazing, I definitely feel the difference. It’s a nice treat to myself while also helping my functionality.
Excellent workout with Jerrell today, felt amazing when I left, was achy and stiff when I arrived. Range of motion has vastly improved since I started weekly sessions here. You won't be disappointed!
Jarrell does an excellent job stretching this 64 yr old body.. I was particularly impressed that he had the studio open and ready to go when I arrived for my 7AM stretch immediately after a night of snow.
These sessions are invaluable to me! My body doesn’t ache anymore as a result of my weekly stretches
