I always feel great leaving the Stretch Zone in Livonia. Sara is gentle and effective and knows how to work with my sore joints.
Life is constantly asking us to stretch ourselves, yet so many of us fall behind on that practice — particularly when it comes to our bodies. As someone with a background in yoga (even if I wish I had more), I was truly impressed by the system they’ve created here. It gently and intelligently guides the body into stretches that promote healing, while also recreating the grounding, mental benefits of a yoga practice. The team at Stretch Zone is amazing. I feel strong and relaxed at the end of each stretch session. And after only 4 sessions my hip pain is gone.
I've now had several visits with different technicians. Each one did an excellent job and I left feeling far better than when I arrived. Stretch Zone isn't the total answer to my need for more flexibility, but they're definitely a big help.
