I had an incredible experience at StretchZone Meadowmont. I consistently saw Ijeoma O. once a week for 4 months. I shared my goals and concerns with Ijeoma and trusted her expertise to decide what movements to do. It was a good balance of pushing me beyond my comfort zone and also listening to my body on more gentle days. Kudos again to Ijeoma for all the progress I experienced gaining back range of motion and regaining trust in my body.
