Went for their promo free 30-min. stretch session. Very nice place and people. Since I only went once I'm unsure of long-term efficacy. However, Hannah was very nice during my intake and Luke was patient while helping me stretch. May come back once I finish graduate school and have the funds, as I cannot afford their prices.
My stretches have been wonderful! Anna, Hanna, MJ and everyone else are friendly and professional. It’s a super group and business
I have had two sessions at the Stretch Zone in Chapel Hill with Chino and I am so happy with the result. I went in because tight muscles in my lower back were causing pain, and there was immediate release the first session and even more in the second. Interestingly, I also realized how restricted other parts of my body were and am very excited to start to work on releasing muscles there are well.
