Rachel is the best!
I have been going to stretch zone for over a year. Actually longer because I started and found out I had cancer and had to stop. Once in remission I started back they allowed me to use the last three sessions I was unable to use. I go every week now and look forward to it! It helps so much for my mobility! I’ve tried other stretch places but hands down this is the best!
Have just started with SZ as a supplement to my daily routine and after 2 sessions I can swing a golf club for 18 holes with no pain or discomfort. This is better than a massage. Try you may like it.
