Trevor and Michaela are great. They have a unique way of giving you the best stretch using a comfort system to let them know they are getting close to the maximum stretch you can take. It allowed me to get the most out of my session I felt very relaxed walking and out to my car and the range of motion in my neck was significantly improved after both my sessions. I learned techniques I could then use at home to lock in the results. Couldn’t be happier. Iohn
