Isabelle is a delight to me. What a professional lady. Question do u also cook as well as stretch other people at stretch zone? I have been a loyal customer for over two years under the previous owner. I’ve noticed a significant changes since Jeanna Joger took over. Currently, it takes over two weeks to secure an appointment. I was told multiple times to arrive 20 minutes early for paperwork, so I made a point to show up 30 minutes early—only to be told they were understaffed and I’d have to wait. What’s the point of stressing punctuality if the staff isn’t prepared on their end? Very frustrating and honestly a waste of my time. Poor communication and lack of respect for the customer’s schedule.
