I had such an amazing stretch provided by Hunter! He was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process so I would know what to expect. I told him where I experience most of my discomfort throughout my day and he was able to target those exact muscles. I left feeling completely refreshed!
I tried Stretch Zone because my back was hurting. When I went for my consult, I was informed by Josh it was actually my hips and my back was taking the hit. The stretches really helped. I started out with Josh but ended with Hunter. Both young men were knowledgeable and funny. Hunter explained every stretch as he completed them and made sure I was comfortable. I only ended due to finances. However when that is settled, would love to return.
After only 2 sessions I can confidently say that my lower back, which has been a weak spot for years is already feeling better. Walk out more upright and relaxed. After Josh was done I feel better than I had with any physical therapist. Highly recommend to give this a shot.
Had a session with Adam and left feeling such a relief. The stretches we did were amazing. He was so cool to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. Looking forward to the next one with him.
