I saw Stretch Zones info from FB a few times but didn't really think about it. I saw from their add the first session was free and thought I might as well give it a try. I'm not very flexible anyway and lately was having difficulty actually just crossing my legs and beginning to have some pain in my lower back and legs. Since going to Stretch Zone I have been getting relief both in pain and better flexibility.
