The atmosphere is really mellow and the people are great. I feel like I'm getting a nice stretch for my poor old stiff body. Lily is really fun. Chris is great, too. Nice Chris Botti music.
As a retired RN of 40 years, I was hesitant on trying Stretch Zone, but after gaining only temporary/minimal joint pain relief from repeated expensive massages and/or chiropractic treatments, I decided to try the free demo session.
