Lucy’s stretching protocol has been really helpful. After working with her, I’ve noticed clear improvements in my mobility and how my body feels during and after training. The progress has come faster than I expected, and I’m very happy with the results. Would recommend her to anyone looking to improve flexibility and recovery.
