They make old bones feel like new.
This will be the greatest thing you ever do for yourself. They focus a lot on hip flexibility. You’ll be able to golf better and do every day activities like putting on your shoes and socks much easier. I was a division one college wrestler and was very tight most of my life thank God I found these people and they have helped me immeasurably. I’m in my 60s now and more flexible and more comfortable than I’ve ever been.
