Cade and team are great. Good stretching, nice people. Combine with a massage next door and I'm back at it.
The environment and people are fantastic. The stretches always leave me feeling refreshed and relaxed. I also appreciate the guidance and interactions during the session, which help you stay mindful of how your body is stretching.
This place is just amazing! Cade at the front desk was extremely helpful in setting up my first appointment. Steve Romo was thorough and asked all the relevant questions before starting the session. During the session, he explained all the stretches and also made sure I was never in pain or experienced any discomfort. I highly recommend this place for anyone who’s experiencing flexibility or mobility issues.
Brian was awesome. He explained the science of the muscle and the how's, why's of the importance of proper stretching. I have lower back pain and shin splints from working out. I left feeling flexible and had no tension. I'm definitely looking forward to returning.
