I visited Stretch Zone with high hopes of getting relief from my muscle pain. I honestly did not know what to expect. However, I regret not visiting Stretch Zone sooner. I am very happy with the results, the staff Dalton and Jerry assured me on the first day I would feel much better after. I do, I haven’t had this much relief in a very very long time. I had an outstanding experience at Stretch Zone. I walked in after an intense weight training and cardio workout feeling sore, tight, and fatigued. I walked out feeling refreshed, with renewed flexibility and significantly less muscle soreness. I had a great stretch session with Cheyenne. I stretch all the time and I was surprised to see how much of a difference it made to have someone else stretch me. You’re more relaxed and focused on the stretch I def got a deeper stretch I couldn’t get alone.

Absolutely the best staff. I have learned so much from the sessions that I have had. Cheyenne and Cam are excellent. The stretching has improved my workouts tremendeously. Go. You will not regret it.
