I've had numerous stretch sessions at several locations with eight or more different practitioners. I've been pleasantly surprised at how uniformly good these folks have all been. A real credit to those doing the hiring and training. My thanks to everyone I've worked with. That said, Gus Esquival at Fort Union is on a completely different level. He is one of those rare people who is supremely and consistently excellent at what he does. Give yourself a great experience and spend 30 minutes with Gus.
Go get an assisted stretch! I'm in the gym at least 4 times a week and just started assisted stretches. They have helped after the gym so much! The staff members are all super sweet and its super relaxing. Your body will thank you!
Gus did a great job stretching my tight shoulders and back, I was really impressed by his knowledge and understanding of how everything is connected. He showed me where my range of motion is currently and showed me where it ideally could be and we set a goal to work toward better flexibility. If you're looking for some help releasing deep tension from muscles or joints, this is the place to go!
Maria B is a great stretch specialist. I feel very relaxed after she did my stretch. I highly recommend her.
Great staff and always walk out feeling much better than when I walked in!!!
