When I left I was thoroughly stretched out which should relieve any injury or pain that I would have. Angelie is amazing.
Came in today with concerning pain in my sciatica and hips and had my first appointment with Angelie. WOW was this helpful, not only was the stretching so beneficial, but Angelie made me feel really comfortable in the space, helping me to breathe through different positions when I felt discomfort. She was so kind and I could tell she really cared about making it a positive and healing experience. Definitely recommend this facility and if you get the chance, definitely recommend Angelie.
Angelie is great, communicates well on the level of stretch and offers a well rounded approach!
