Tre is a very professional kinesiologist with good understanding of the joints and muscles. He is also quite knowledgeable, and at the same time he is very friendly.
I received an Excellent full body assisted stretch from Tre Brooks. I feel my range of motion has increased because of the stretching. I'm trying to get my flexibility back for golf and the assisted stretching from Stretch Zone is instrumental in that process.
I feel so much better after the stretch session with Tre. Not so stiff anymore and so much more able to move.
