OMG the best place to start in your own person journey to a better physical health. I've never thought much about how your muscles affect your movement. This is the most relaxed I've felt in years. Shout-out to Ashleigh she is so friendly and helpful and caring. Also shout out to Trevor and Terrance they are so amazing at what they do. I felt comfortable and safe the whole time!!! 💙💙💙💙💙
