Excellent experience! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Alex is extremely knowledgeable about the body. He helped alleviate my neck pain which was getting to be almost unbearable. I highly recommend Alex and Stretch Zone.
Stretch Zone can be remarkably effective for that muscular or myofacial stiffness that many people have. I believe it needs to studiied and compared with physical therapy and chiropractic therapy; I have no doubt (but it needs to be studied) that it will proove to be as effective if not more effective. It has been a big help to my mobility after a severe MVC. I only wish insurance would cover this important therepy
