This place is a joke. I went in for my free 30 min stretch and left with extremely bad lower back pain. I had to go to a real Chiropractor just to feel normal again. Tell the owner to put the bong down. Don't waste your time.
Feel so much better since getting stretched out-I think this place is a must for any althete out there-Amanda is incredible and so sweet:)
First, Alvaro is great. I needed some help with stiffness in anticipation of a huge hike I’m taking this fall so I bought a punch pass and scheduled a session every week to fit in before I leave. I was able to use 5 before stretch zone started canceling. I am sympathetic to staffing shortages, but I have gotten no resolution or response to my request for a refund of my remaining 7 sessions that I won’t be able to use now. Total rip off. I've left 4 messages to make an appointment and have NOT received a response! I pre paid for my appointments and feel very ripped off! Also there is no way to book an appointment on-line.
Alvaro is the best! You'll feel phenomenal afterward.
