Great group of stretchers…knowledgeable and attentive!!
Been going for 6 sessions now. Didn’t realize how beneficial the stretching would be. My intro session was with Braden. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We did assessment then stretch. I decided to do monthly plan. Really been great to improve my hip mobility and overall flexibility. Highly recommend.
Their program has been remarkably effective in increasing my mobility. My flexibility is allowing me to better enjoy bouldering and surfing, and I even sleep more comfortably! Highly recommended.
Mobility is a fantastic gift, and with a little effort, I'm getting it at Stretch Zone Encinitas. Have worked with multiple staff here -- all pros, caring, knowledgable, effective. Well on my way to achieving long sought but previously elusive goals. Big gratitude for Kate and Crew. To all concerned: SZE works!
