At age 76, Stretch Zone helps me maintain the mobility, posture, and range of motion I need to enjoy regular walks with my wife and keep up with home and garden projects. I’ve found it works well alongside massage and chiropractic care as part of an overall wellness routine. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and focused on individual needs. Highly recommended.
Awful experience. They canceled my appointment without telling me because I was unavailable for a phone call prior to my visit. They texted me and asked when we could do a phone call the day before my appointment. I informed them I was working and unavailable. Nowhere on their website does it state that you just do a phone interview prior to your appointment (honestly weird, no one else does this) and they never said “your appointment is canceled”.
