Awful experience. They canceled my appointment without telling me because I was unavailable for a phone call prior to my visit. They texted me and asked when we could do a phone call the day before my appointment. I informed them I was working and unavailable. Nowhere on their website does it state that you just do a phone interview prior to your appointment (honestly weird, no one else does this) and they never said “your appointment is canceled”. I signed up with them a week ago. First visit was good. Then I ran into some personal stuff. The day after my dog got really sick, a day later and 4000.00 my dog passed. So my financial situation changed. I asked if they would cancel my membership. They said yes but I still have to pay for the second month. They are firm with the contract! Then I had a surgery on my throat. Complications caused me to need a catheter. All this in a week. I feel uncomfortable getting stretched with a catheter.
