StretchZone Encinitas is absolutely amazing! Their whole team is so knowledgeable—honestly, I’ve learned more here about my body and how to feel better than I ever did from my doctors or physical therapists. The difference they’ve made is incredible. Special shout-out to Freya Emily and Jacob—you two are the best! But really, everyone there is amazing. Thank you all for your care, patience, and for always making me feel so much better after every session. I can’t recommend StretchZone Encinitas enough!

I have a great deal of lower back tightness, primarily due to golfing. Jacob puts 100% effort into providing an extraordinary amount of energy throughout our session to reduce the tightness and stiffness which allows me to play my best golf! I have had similar sessions with the other and very talented therapists too:)!
