RecommendedPart of stretch zones description says you'll feel younger. Oh boy is that right. I am always in pain. There are days I can barely move. After going to stretch therapy I feel sooooooo much better. Until you try it you will never know. I walk out feeling like a different person. And the people at the East Boynton Beach location are great. They are very friendly and professional. And all seem well trained. It's very hard to do some of the stretches they do on your own. RecommendedI highly recommend this place! I see Alec but everyone is good here. I love the early morning appointments they have available. I love how I feel afterward! I love how I feel during the break in between stretches. My job is strenuous and I need to be stretched by the professionals! They target the areas I would never be able to get to myself and Alec gets those spots! I feel elongated and slightly taller lol. You won’t be disappointed. I’m worth every penny I spend on myself care, aren’t you?
RecommendedI started going a few weeks ago and love it. There is no way someone can do some of these stretches on your own.
