I came in for the free stretch! It was painful but I just had a baby three months ago. It felt so gooooodddd. I hate I don’t have the money to set up a plan but I will in the future! I came in feeling tight and hurting, left feeling great from one stretch! I’ll be back 🙂
As a fitness coach, I know that stretching is important. Stretch Zone, ie Curtis, takes it one step further!! Flexibility is coming back
Horrible experience. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. They were nice until they had the contract signed. Afterwards, they would not return phone calls, emails, or texts but they were happy to send me to debt collectors with a $800 bill for a service that I did not use. They owners were too cowardly and money greedy to even discuss the bill with me. Do a yoga class online. It's more effective, less expensive, no driving, and you don't have to listen to a trainer complain about her personal life.
Hayley, went beyond just “ routine”. I had shoulder / back/ neck shooting pain that did not improve with ARP Wave ( which I generally love) , or massage . But as I write this my pain went from a 8.5 to 5.5 - Big jump
I've been coming to Stretch Zone Clemson for 1+ year & love it. I always feel great after a stretch session with Curtis...he's the best!
