Vyncent is extremely knowledgeable and has a great personality and really cares about his clients. He worked with me as I rehab from back surgery trying to regain flexibility.

Stretch Zone has totally changed my life. I am a 51 year old who is very tight and I get sore and stiff a lot. I had stretched on my own for years, but still had issues. After joining Stretch Zone about three years ago I feel so much better. Having someone do the stretches for you on a table with straps and belts is so much better than doing them on your own. The effect is greatly enhanced. Thanks Stretch Zone!!!
