Just went to my first stretch yesterday with Asa as my trainer & it was amazing! He was super professional and didn’t make me feel nervous or uncomfortable in ANY way. He got my body stretched farther than I ever could and I’m already ready for my next session!!! I woke up today with 0 pain and feeling not tight all over and I slept like a log! The people are super nice and knowledgeable. But their methods did not help us at all.
Stretch U has been part of my physical & mental workout routine since the day it opened. I'm there on a weekly basis stretching out whatever issue I may have at that moment. Sore legs & arms from workouts, lower back pain or just plain old lady I sneezed so something hurts pain. The stretching has helped with my mobility & balance.
