I’ve had a herniated disc for over 10 years, and StretchLab has been a game-changer for me. The targeted assisted stretches have helped relieve pain and reduce the pressure I’ve lived with for so long. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about your well-being. I feel more mobile, lighter, and so much more comfortable in my day-to-day life. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with chronic back issues or just wanting to move and feel better!

I had a stretch session, and the experience was really good for those who are sitting for a long day for work or study. I learned where my muscles were tight and had the muscles relieved from the stretches. The stretch master and team are friendly, making the session very relaxing and enjoyable.

It was our first time here and we had a great time! I had Steven and my partner had Bianca as our flexologist. The stretching session was super intense!! but really good! We are very active so the stretches really helped with our flexibility and stiffness. I found Steven to be very knowledgeable and helpful answering my questions. Thank you both and we look forward to our next session!

I have gone here for 30 and 60 min sessions and Allan and Joey really helped reduce my back pain. They are very knowledgeable professional and continuously checked in to ensure the pressure and stretch were helpful. The manager Hau was also great and offered very helpful advice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.
