I am a yogi! Do yoga frequently, and plateaued with some of my poses. I went here and this was the best thing to stretch me deeper into poses. You have autonomy over the poses unlike the chain commercial places! Absolutely loved the stretch. Highly recommend for any age group.
After going to five different stretch places in South Florida, I finally found the best one by far. Clean, professional, and most importantly, customized to MY issues -everything else was being in a factory
Absolutely recommend this hidden gem . My first time ever doing anything like this and first time here. She Greeted me with a warm welcome and has this kindred spirit. Her place is cozy and feels at home. She was able to identify and help me work through some tight areas of my body. I am excited for more sessions to come.
