Very disappointing experience at StretchLab Hoboken. I had a 1:00 PM appointment and knew I was running late, so my friend called ahead to inform the staff. We were specifically told they would accommodate us, which is the only reason I drove 35 minutes to the location. When I arrived, the front desk employee completely refused to help in any way.
