Melissa has a magic touch; she unlocked my tight neck and shoulders, but also surprisingly, a a huge whoosh of tension and trauma that I had apparently been carrying around in the fascia. What a relief!
I would highly recommend Melissa at Stretch PDX. She helped my lower back, leg and knee pain from playing pickleball. She also equipped me with stretch techniques I can do at home to stay feeling great.
Melissa was fantastic. I had a great experience, and the slow, intentional stretching was just what my body needed.
