The easiest and hardest review I will ever write as I cannot put into words how wonderful Carmel is for both your body and soul. Her holistic approach to caring for your body is next to none, whether it be her group classes or one on one the benefits are amazing! I cannot recommend Carmel and her stretch therapy classes highly enough, do your body (and mind) a favour and try a class. Such an important addition to weekly training and I am completely pain free thanks to Carmel's techniques.

Since starting Carmel’s classes, my body is moving better than ever before. She is so knowledgeable about the human form, how to release tension, relax muscles, tone and strengthen. Carmel’s always happy to help with adjusting movements to suit my particular conditions, always finding those sweet spots between pleasure and pain. Cannot speak more highly of Carmel. She is a brilliant flexibility coach and has helped me greatly with my swimming and all round health. Carmel is clearly very knowledgeable about her subject. 6 stars!
