Their customer service was beyond reproachable. There was an initial email unanswered. Then at least, 3 phone calls before I got in touch with anyone. The gentleman finally called back and we agreed upon a few days later he would come out and estimate my yard need. I called at least 3 times that day to confirm. THere was no answer, no call back and no one came to my house that day, nor the next. I will not bother contacting this poor service again and I would dissuade anyone else.
