Amir and the team at Stretch Lyfe are the real deal. I had been looking for a hybrid physical therapist / chiro / massage combo that felt nonexistent until my wife told me about Stretch Lyfe. Chris is the man and also a savant at deep stretches and massage. and ya if you’re reading this, go in. You wouldn’t regret it.
For 6 weeks now I’ve had a wonderful experience coming weekly to Stretch Lyfe in Manhattan Beach. I signed up for an introductory package & got to know a number of the Stretch Therapists before focusing on one for weekly Stretch sessions & quarterly workout definition & refinement. Stretch Lyfe is my second stretch provider, with stretching enabling me to easily touch the ground, improve my overall flexibility & feel one to two decades younger. I highly recommend stretching in general & Stretch Lyfe in particular.
