Fantastic experience at Stretch Lyfe! Helps with tight lower back, shoulder pain, recovery from exercise. Amir, Nico, and Grace are terrific! Highly recommend!
Working with amir is great. It’s a high level physical therapy helps prevent injuries and helps minor injuries. It’s relaxing too
Amir, owner, is so attuned, friendly, and does an excellent job. I walked out feeling so good. and he also mixes in eastern modalities which is appreciated. Goes the extra mile. Been here multiple times (they’re on ClassPass!) and will continue coming back

Such a great experience. Amir stretched me out and definitely helped my lower back issues. I will definitely be returning for some maintenance.
