Amir, owner, is so attuned, friendly, and does an excellent job. I walked out feeling so good. and he also mixes in eastern modalities which is appreciated. Goes the extra mile. Been here multiple times (they’re on ClassPass!) and will continue coming back

Stretch Lyfe has been an awesome place to find in the South Bay and has greatly improved my mobility. As a pilot, I’m stuck in a tiny chair for hours, and being able to utilize Stretch Lyfe allows me to be physically ready and active when I’m not working and be free of any stiffness and tightness. Everyone is great, and the vibe has always been super welcoming and friendly. I’m always recommending them to my friends and family!
