Mariely is a wizard and miracle worker! I’m a huge fan of massages but her stretch sessions are better than any massage. She is so knowledgeable and professional, and has helped me significantly. Very lucky to have found her and StretchLyfe!
This place is the best! As someone who’s very active, this is a great place to come to to aid in recovery on my rest days. I’ve sent many family and friends here and they all have positive things to say about any stretch therapist they see. i highly recommend as a piece of wellness for any lifestyle!
Have gone to Stretch Lyfe a couple of times for my lower back pain. Mariely has been awesome and I feel great afterwards. She does a great job working on my problem areas and also gives me tips on the stretching I can do at home. Highly recommend!
