I have had five appointments with Aubrianna. As a 61 year old with three fused disks in my back i wanted to try something bedsides massage therapy. Since starting I have noticed a significant change in my flexibility as well and having much less joint pain and stiffness. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who feel like they muscles are to tight
