I have been going for stretches with Tara since January 21 and definitely see the benefit this can have for aging better. For me that means with more flexibility. My gut says I’m improving and so I’m looking forward to the reassessment in a few weeks. Fingers crossed that I get to actually see improvement. Tara is great. She explains what she’s doing and answers my questions in a way that I understand. When I leave, I definitely feel less pain and more limber.
Have been receiving treatments from Karin for a year now and they been very helpful for my overall health and specifically my flexibility. The Stretch Health App is easy to use and I manage all my appointments online. I signed up for another year.
