Today I had my second fascial stretch physio integration session with Abdel. He does amazing work! He is very knowledgeable and in addition to a great stretch session, provided me with lots of insights and recommendations for how to build strength to recover from a shoulder injury. He genuinely seems to care about my recovery progress and wellbeing. Thanks Abdel!!

He didn’t just pull and push he assessed my posture, listened to what I’ve been feeling in my body, and customized every movement to exactly what I needed.
