Stretch 22 in South Lake Union has been very helpful to my mobility. Stretchologist Zeke is particularly masterful. He knows his craft.
Signed up on the advice of a friend. During the session I was super uncomfortable with the way I was being "handled" and the places the person was sticking the massage gun. I nevertheless signed up thinking I might just go with a different person the next time--unfortunately I had EXTREME soreness for about 4 days following the session. When I went to cancel my subscription I realized this is one of those places that makes you pay an additional month after you cancel. Waste of time & money.
I honestly think it’s a money grab, they tell you you’re stuff, my “stretchologist” had a lot of opinions about how flexible I was or wasn’t only to then try to push a 300 a month package. He tweaked my back and had to end it early but he kept on wanting to go, had to abruptly leave and say my parking was expiring. Overall I thought it was a subpar experience, feel way better after a hot yoga or a YouTube stretching session. He also told me I was the only client that he saw yesterday and now I know why…
