Very happy with both the product and the service.
I recently bought a recliner in Strictly Comfort Cremone. It took about 4 weeks for the recliner to be moved from Melbourne to Sydney (which is entirely reasonable). I asked for the recliner to be delivered from their warehouse in Brookvale to their Cremone showroom and I was very happy that they could accommodate that. On the Saturday that I went to pick it up from their showroom, it was pouring rain and the showroom was very busy. Extremely friendly and fast delivery. All the time in the world to try the recliners. No pressure to “hurry up”. Thanks to Mia and Hannah for the dedicated and exceptional service. Definitely happy to use again.
Great selection of Stressless chairs in the shop to be able to choose the best type as one can’t tell online. Staff are very friendly and helpful and accommodating to let you try in shop for as long as needed. Delivery was great and arrived when expected as per what was advised. Chairs are great - lots of styles and colours to choose from. Very comfortable chairs and good investment!
