Our experience at Stressless was great - Hannah and Ellen kept us in the loop with messages about new arrivals and we got exactly what we wanted. The delivery was careful and seamless and the chairs are fabulous!
I was told stressless make chairs for short people. I went to this store and they were very helpful. They let me try many chairs, explained the options, gave me leather samples to take away, priced various options and advised the sale started the next week. During the sale I phoned in my order and paid the deposit over the phone. At delivery time they rang to confirm delivery place and time and I paid the balance over the phone.
