bad experience, very rude...made me pick up toys in their waiting room, if you don't want to pick up the waiting room toys then don't have toys. 🙂

How can you have a stress and trauma center for kids when your staff are not child psychologists?? You have a staff with social worker degrees!! Yancy at the Carbondale office doesn't know what the hell she is doing and shouldn't be working with kids! She basically told my son that if he didn't participate in therapy I should punish him!! Really? That's the last thing you say to a child who has selective mutism and trauma!! Then she wanted him to be around babies and toddlers to learn social skills?
