I was referred here for my son’s learning assessment and initially felt good about the therapist — she was kind and worked well with my son. Unfortunately, after the evaluation, communication and follow-through were a major issue. I spent months emailing and calling for updates, often getting vague responses and missed timelines. I give it three stars because I like the counselor I saw, but I'm not a fan of how difficult it is to get ahold of anyone there. I have been trying to pay a bill I owe forever and no one picks up the phone, EVER, at any time. I walk inside and no one is at the front desk either. They also don't have an online bill pay option or phone pay option. They do have a phone option to leave a message and be called back. I was called back the next day after leaving a message, but I wish they had more customer service friendly options ... read more
Dr. Prati is wonderful and has been really helpful in my own healing and management of family dynamics and stress. I see some reviews about it being hard to schedule, but I use the text feature, call or schedule more while I'm there and haven't had any issues.
I contacted them last year for services, they contacted me yesterday for my insurance info. That’s how competent and effective they are.
My wife was there in Nov. I got a multihundred dollar bill, didnt pay because I knew it wasn't correct. They sent me to collections. I called my insurance company and the insurance company told me this business is in network, it was pre approved, but never submitted from this place within the 90 day requirement. They sent it in over 100 days and after it was denied, they are now billing me for not doing their work. I have tried to call multiple times and work it out but no one is there to answer the call.
