Very friendly interactions but frustratingly slow to schedule testing. We contacted the office at the beginning of the summer to inquire about Neuropsych testing, and they didn’t respond with possible dates until the END of the summer. That is unacceptable. It shouldn’t take that long to reply.
Great and friendly service. Ease of scheduling appointments. Although you do have to schedule a ways out. They have been very helpful with getting me in and if they are unable to, they will put me on a cancellation list and most always are able to work me in. They always print my appointments for me and if scheduling on the phone, they offer to mail me a print out. As for the therapy I’ve received, I can’t say enough good things.
