Easy to schedule, prompt professional communication
This is the first time we used Stress Free Maids and I was so pleased with a number of things - 1. The professional of the cleaning lady, 2. The thoroughness with which she cleaned the apartment, 3. A very reasonable price and in general a very friendly and wonderful experience. It was also easy to book, even at the last minute. I would use this service again.
I’m not sure if it was the specific cleaner but I’m a little confused because several items listed as a standard clean on the website was not done. Counters were not wiped down at all, microwaves wasn’t cleaned, neither was the stove top, floors weren’t mopped. Very unsatisfied!
Had a great experience with Stress Free Maids! Barbara was extremely prompt, professional, and pleasant. She did a wonderful job cleaning our new home so it’s spotless for our move. The booking process was easy and email communication was very helpful. Definitely recommend!
