Castro valley stress free auto care was awesome! They did not pressure me into buying services that were not immediate needs. Very friendly. I highly recommend them.
I brought my car in for diagnostic testing - Everyone was so helpful, Brian called me pretty frequently to update me and answer any questions I had. They performed a very thorough diagnostic test that told me every detail regarding my car. ONLY leaving 4 stars because they aren’t equipped to fix a head gasket.
5 stars quick and easy for my oil change
I’ve had to come to this shop three times, and each visit has been worse than the last. The first time was for a brake inspection. When I came to pick up my car, I was told the technician working on my brakes had left for the day before properly finishing the job, leaving air in the brake hydraulic system—something that was not an issue before I brought my vehicle in.
