Thank you to the manager, Alan, and the technician, Travis, who restored my air conditioning. I noticed warmer air from the vents followed by a hissing sound. Travis performed a thorough diagnostic to look for leaks. With none found, the fault was traced to the evaporator core. Such repairs are famously demanding and require extensive disassembly, yet Travis managed them well. Had an issue with my Alternator midday on a Saturday and they were able to do all needed repairs and have my vehicle ready before they closed at 5:00pm that same day. Very reliable!
Fantastic experience here with a pre-purchase inspection. Thorough. Answered all additional questions we had. We even added one more test AFTER the inspection was complete, and they got us in right then, even though the scheduling wasn’t ideal.
