A special shout-out to Grace and Nick, who were incredibly helpful and professional while I waited for my estimate. It is rare to find such high-level service in the auto repair industry. This place is really amazing!! They’re super efficient and knowledgeable. They have a cute lobby with free coffee, water and snacks. You get live picture text updates on your vehicle it’s a very comfortable place with reasonable prices. Highly recommend, 10/10
I took my car to the shop this morning to have the oil level checked, but Nick didn't even check it; he just wanted to add oil and schedule a future service appointment—an approach that was quite unprofessional. In the end, the technician, Manny, helped check the level and confirmed that the oil level was normal. George C
