Workers were nice, the call center that handles appointments told me there was a compression test included in the PPI. This was incorrect. Other than that workers were nice, and report seemed informational.
Omar was wonderful. My brother recommended Stress-Free to me and my sister. She had a lot of work done and this shop was fantastic with communication and status. Always friendly. After that great experience, I brought my car in too. I had much less work done. They were very upfront with me. Since I did not really have a specific concern, they did a less expensive safety review. Still the same quality of service. Thank you to all staff I interacted with. Please include the technicians in the thank you process.
Omar and Manny are doing great job in supporting this very stressful car situation. They are very honest about what is the best choice to do and even offered great emotional support for the customer!
