Services was not fulfilled. Transition light comes on. No fluid was put in radiator but claimed it was. $2300 with more stress. Very disappointed
Did a great job on my AC recharge. Even got some work done inside the nice lobby while I waited for my appointment. Will be back for the rest of the recommended work.
Terrible advice. Work undiagnosed after 2 days in the shop and they sent me out of there with low engine oil that I needed to top off myself! Couldn’t give a recommendation for a transmission shop either or order a part for a broken seat belt that was under warranty with Subaru! Super un-knowledgeable manager, James. Not really sure how he’s a manager or if the company just has crappy policies since he seemed to care more about those than actually helping me with my car. I brought in my vehicle for an all around service check-up. I've been experiencing a rough idle with the car, and was in need of an annual inspection. This was all included in my appointment notes before coming in. In spite of this, upon arrival I was informed that I would need to provide a reason for my inspection.
