This is my 3rd time at this business since moving to Walnut Creek and its amazing. They are really thorough, detailed and informative. I like the ranking of the most urgent items that need attention and its really easy to decide what work you want done now, or wait till later. They are very nice and the work is excellent. Definitely recommend

INSANE BAIT AND SWITCH. Called in and got connected to a call center. Described the 2 issues I had with my car. They quoted $140 for the diagnostic. I drove 35 minutes in traffic to only show up and have the front desk tell me I was going to pay $140 for 1 diagnostic and $290 for the second issue which had a SEPARATE diagnostic fee. Won’t be returning ever again.
Great communication, clear details on what they need to do and quick turnaround on the service and also knocking it items I can get somewhere else for free, nobody else does that! Thank you guys, see you at my next servicing appointment.
A great experience CONCORD. It was the weekend, and I couldn't book an appointment because I needed an oil change urgently. I blindly went to the guys at Stress Free, and despite their busy schedule, they didn't leave me hanging. The car was ready in less than two hours. At first glance, everything seemed normal, but after I paid for the oil change, air filter, and cabin filter, I received a detailed report on the work performed.
