Great service and communication the service technician was awesome
Horrible customer service. Dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday and was told it would be done on Thursday, I never heard back so I reached out on Friday just to find out my vehicle was not even inspected yet. I was told at 5pm Friday that I needed an oil change and an air filter but I brought my vehicle in to repair an Ac compressor. I was then told my car would be ready Saturday just to get a phone call Sunday morning saying the part is 2-3 days out. Great customer service from start to finish! Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to help me out when I needed it. They made the whole process easy and kept me informed along the way. I really appreciate their honesty and willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable auto repair shop!
The communication was amazing, ac was fixed fast, and the customer service was great! Would definitely come here again!
I scheduled an appointment the day prior for them to flush and refill my transmission fluid for 1 o’clock and I dropped it off at 12:50 and it sat until 330 without them doing anything to it at all. They didn’t even touch my car. Anything but stress-free they said it wouldn’t be done till close. When dropping it off, the lady said it would be done well before four. Go elsewhere if you want somebody to prioritize your time, I guess appointments here are worthless
