I’ve been coming 2 years now and love it. Nat and David are great. So nice to see them support fellow gym people go on to become trainers too. Always come away feeling stronger.
Highly recommend 👍 The coaching is top rated, staff highly knowledgeable, attentive and generous in sharing their knowledge. I went for a 1-1 assessment and coaching but group coaching also available. Worth highlighting David Szego is a StrongFirst Elite level coach (only a select few in the UK), and a top bloke, so you're going to need to travel a long way to find better.
