I always enjoy my workouts at Strengthbox. Greg is helpful and friendly. I use the fitness app with Greg’s pre-planned workouts and leave the gym feeling stronger and fitter every time. I have seen my fitness results improve every week since I started and a feeling stronger than ever. I’ve had many trainers over the years, and I can confidently say that Greg is among the best. I initially signed up for 8 sessions with no expectations, and have now been working with him for the past 3 months with excellent results. I’ve been consistently impressed by Greg’s fitness knowledge, creativity with exercises, and overall passion for his craft.
