Great atmosphere, gym and coaches. The coaches are attentive and informative and the members are friendly and encouraging. Highly recommend trying a workout here no matter your skill level.
Dropped in a few times while home for the holidays. All of the coaches were incredibly kind and helpful and the members were very welcoming! Highly recommend dropping in if you're in the area!
Strength United makes CrossFit accessible for everyone. The coaches are so helpful finding modifications for movements you’re uncomfortable with or simply can’t do (yet). A membership at SU is more than just a gym membership. It’s a training plan, accountability partner, and a great community.
