Erick and his team are remarkable and this is the best personal training facility that I have ever been to. All of the equipment is hand selected by Erick with a high level of intentionality. The team of trainers meet you where you are in your fitness journey and ensure all exercises are done with the right form to avoid injury and help progress strength in the right way. Nick Walden is a phenomenal trainer and would highly recommend him. Very thankful for the studio and being able to workout at such an excellent facility.

This is my favorite gym I have ever been to. Incredible environment filled with natural light, well laid out, top of the line equipment and very clean. Quality of machines cannot be beat. It's not crowded so you don't have to wait for a machine. Nick is best in class trainer with knowledge, skill and personality that is amazing for male and female clients alike. Look no further, this is your gym!
