Lisa was excellent in developing a recovery plan for my husband and me. Our goal was to strengthen our knees (one total knee replacement and one meniscus repair) so we could return to activities like mountain bike riding and skiing. Twice a week in the studio she charted our progress, came up with novel exercise routines, and encouraged us. Ten months after TKR, we were both bombing down the slopes! Thank you Lisa!
