I walked into Stength Society one morning overweight at 275 lbs with the intent of physical transformation. Brandon was the first person that greeted me and after 2 months I dropped 13 pounds with unbelievable gains in strength, endurance and flexibility! I had a great experience at Strength Society. In town for work so a colleague took me along for a workout and Aurora was so kind to welcome me and opened my eyes to many functional movements I haven’t done years. Highly recommend!
