I got in contact with their returns and my whole experience with their customer service was prompt and respectful. I was able to work out an exchange and get a replacement belt back within a week. Squat bar claims to be rated for 7700lbs, shakes like a bamboo bar with 7-800lbs. Save a couple more bucks and go with a different brand if you’re looking for a bar that actually performs well with weight. Very disappointed in the quality.
