Charis is a wonderful trainer and is very kind and knowledgeable. I look forward to seeing her each week. I’m feeling stronger and plan to continue working out at SS. When Charis is not available, Dawn, Benton and Madeleine are there to work with us and they also make sure we are working out to be our best. Thanks Strength Science! I like the one on one strength training and working out on all the different types of equipment that you offer. I can really see and feel the results!!
