Absolutely love this gym. It’s a great place to learn proper lifting techniques and the coaches are always attentive and helpful. The people here are friendly, supportive and bring a fun, competitive energy. It truly has an awesome vibe.
This is a great and friendly gym, definitely recommend for any beginner or any elite who wants to perfect their craft. There is something for everyone.
I’ll be honest… when I first started at this gym, I was a little apprehensive. You never really know what the culture will be like.But fast forward to my 1 year mark and I can genuinely say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made.
