Strength & Mobility has truly given me a new lease on life. When my daughter first suggested I start taking classes here, I had only recently gotten out of a wheelchair. I needed help getting up and down the stairs, and I could barely walk or move on my own. Love this place. Trainers are amazing and patient! The hours are very convenient for my work schedule.
I have been training at Strength & Mobility for about 3 months now and immediately felt a difference in the way my body moves. I came in with a lot of aches and pains that seemed to either get worse when working out but also get worse when not working out... I've gone to physical therapy, acupuncture, podiatrists etc. And after so many years of guessing, all my feet/arch/heel pain and grand majority of my knee pain has been gone after just a few weeks of training with Kort and Sven.
