Trevor is an amazing coach and human! Going to Strength Lab is always a highlight to my day and the community is incredibly respectful of everyone who walks in the door — regardless of age or ability. If you're looking for strength classes or individualized training, I would highly recommend Strength Lab.
Extremely clean at all times, awesome selection of weights, workout equipment, and recovery materials, and most importantly, an amazing group of trainers. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Couldn’t recommend more!
