The entire team at SIM are so encouraging, helpful and knowledgeable. The space has a really positive energy, where it’s all about feeling good and moving safely and effectively. I highly recommend anyone, no matter your fitness level, age or goals, to join the SIM family. You’ll feel instantly welcome, taken care of and very quickly, so much stronger both mentally and physically under their guidance
SIM Bondi is an amazing modern gym with great equipment and extremely helpful trainers who are always on hand to help. They can tailor programs to be sports specific for different individuals to help personal development. Thanks to all the coaches!

It’s been a long time since I’ve found a gym where I feel 100% comfortable, (especially in Bondi) but SIM has completely changed that. It’s such a fun, welcoming, and genuinely safe space to work out, with amazing support from the whole team. They remember everyone’s names, which gives the place such a warm, personal vibe and makes you feel instantly at home. They check in on your progress every session, gently correct your form when needed, and genuinely care about how you’re doing. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
The team here has managed to create a nurturing and happy healthy community. the best gym in bondi ;) its been truly effective in my fitness journey
